Microsoft just announced a press conference on February 7th where it is expected to unveil the new version of its Bing search engine powered by ChatGPT.
According to the leak, the new version of the Bing engine will be able to communicate with the user and provide short and direct answers to the questions posed, while supporting the answer with sources, which is not currently provided by ChatGPT.
Through this step, Microsoft seeks to strengthen its presence in the search engine market and compete with Google, which currently controls more than 48% of the market, according to Statista, a market research company.
However, Google, in turn, did not intend to leave its search engine without similar smart features, as it announced today, in conjunction with Microsoft's announcement of its press conference, about its competing program for ChatGPT, which it called (Bard), which will be available as a separate program for chatting, in addition to integrating it within Google search page to provide short answers to user questions in addition to the traditional search results provided by Google.
